Interviews (per country) with 10 VET providers, 5 policy makers, around 10 experts and 40 domestic workers.

Definition of specific classic competences, as well as transversal competences adapted to the current needs of domestic workers. 30 domestic employees and experts consulted for the competence framework and 15 for the curriculum design.

Implementation of a blended learning training on an online training platform; creation of a training kit in four languages: French, English, Spanish and Italian. Trial run with 40 domestic workers in Italy and Spain (20 per country). To download the training kit, please click here.

Desk and field research completed by meetings of national and European experts to promote the European certification of domestic workers.
