Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Sector Skills Alliances programme, PRODOME has to face major challenges at the European level: the recognition of the profession of domestic worker, the plurality of professional profiles and the diversity of training offers in the member states.

The PRODOME’s final conference takes place on the 10th of October 2019 in Paris. The main challenges of the professionalisation of domestic housekeepers in the UE will be addressed. Speakers from the European commission, the European parliament, ILO are expected, as well as participants representing policy makers and stakeholders in the field of VET and domestic work.
